relaxcabs are the perfect space to relax before setting off on a long journey, during a stopover, or after a stressful flight or busy workday. Travelers can find a little peace and quiet and a calm, comfortable place to take a break at any time of day or night without needing to leave the security clearance area of Terminal 2. Each relaxation cabin measures 8m2 and features a soothing ambiance, a comfortable lounger, a counter for storing personal items, a screen, and a virtual-reality installation. The temperature and lighting in the cabin can be adjusted as desired.
In addition to guided breathing and relaxation exercises as well as meditations, guests can choose from a wide variety of virtual-reality experiences (e.g., beach walks or diving with dolphins) with the help of VR glasses and immerse themselves in fantastical worlds.
This 360-degree experience was developed by the magic horizons company. Customers can book a cabin in person directly at the relaxcab. Payment (by debit or credit card) is calculated according to the actual booking duration. Customers are able to leave and reenter the cabin they have booked at any time using a personal, self-selected access code.
napcabs staff can be contacted on a hotline in the event of service questions or if there is a technical fault. Depending on the situation, it is usually possible to deal with any problems at short notice on the phone or via remote access to the system.
